 We are in high-level sales.

Our core competency is to develop authentic relationships with prospective candidates and effectively sell them on your opportunity. We capture the attention of star partner level candidates, earn their trust, build an authentic relationship and move them forward in the process, one small step at a time. We do not hire ex-lawyers who have never been in the business of sales.  We only hire professional executive recruiters or career sales people.  Recruiting is about ethical influence.  We are in the business of moving partners with big books of business to firms that might not normally be on everyone’s radar.
