Scott Love, CPC

Scott Love is one of the most frequently-published authorities in the search and recruitment industry and has created an entirely separate company which trains many top-producing recruiters. Some of the most successful national search firms have hired him as a management consultant to consult on issues and train their staff.

Scott has been quoted on employment and workplace issues in the Wall Street Journal, Australia’s Business Review Weekly, Selling Power Magazine, and numerous major city daily newspapers. Scott writes a regular monthly column on recruiting in The Fordyce Letter, the search industry’s largest newsletter. Scott is the author of ‘The Recruiter’s Adventure Book’ and has written over 250 articles on leadership, management, sales, and recruiting. He is a board member of the North Carolina Search and Staffing Professionals Association, and past president of the Arizona Association of Search and Staffing Professionals.

Scott is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy in Annapolis, Maryland and began his career in executive search in 1995 after resigning his commission as an officer in the United States Navy.  Scott is a former card-counting professional blackjack player (trained by the legendary MIT blackjack team) and is a semi-professional poker player.  As he does at the poker table, he uses game theory and people skills to enhance his recruiting effectiveness.

Janet Frangipane

Janet Frangipane brings seven years experience as an attorney recruiting consultant and has established lasting relationships in the legal community. When conducting searches, she is tenacious, focused and is committed to the highest of standards. Candidates and clients entrust her in-depth knowledge of the legal industry to guide them through the placement process.

She possesses a solid business background. Prior to attorney consulting, she held marketing and sales positions for ten years in the medical arena at Eli Lilly & Company, WebMD, Johnson & Johnson and GlaxoSmithKline, with the focus on medical devices, pharmaceutical products and medical technology.

Janet is originally from New York and received her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, with a concentration in Marketing, from the State University of New York at New Paltz. Following undergraduate studies, she earned a Master in Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University.

Outside of work, she enjoys photography and studying the Italian culture and language.

1. We do not present resumes of candidates to clients without the candidate’s express permission.
2. We do not recruit from firms where we have placed candidates within the past twenty-four months.
3. We do not recruit from clients who have actively engaged us in a current search or are currently interviewing our candidates.
4. All confidential information about clients and their hiring, marketing, and operational strategies are kept in confidence.
